2.2. ਇੱਕ SSH ਕੁੰਜੀ ਬਣਾਉਣੀ

ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ SSH ਕੁੰਜੀ ਹੈ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਫੇਡੋਰਾ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਵਰਤ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ। ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਪਗ਼ 2 ਤੇ ਜਾਓ। ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ SSH ਕੁੰਜੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪਗ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰੋ:
  1. ਹੇਠ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਮਾਂਡ ਦਿਓ: 
    ssh-keygen -t rsa
    Accept the default location (~/.ssh/id_rsa) and enter a passphrase.

    ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਹੈਰਾ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖੋ

    You must have your passphrase to commit translations. It cannot be recovered if you forget it.
  2. ਆਪਣੀ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਅਤੇ .ssh ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰੀ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਬਦਲੋ: 
    chmod 700 ~/.ssh chmod 600 ~/.ssh/id_rsa chmod 644 ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub
  3. This public key (~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub) will be used for your Fedora account creation described in ਹਿੱਸਾ 2.4, “ਅਕਾਊਂਟ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨਾ”.
