Updating Fedora Engineering Steering Committee Members

After a FESCo election, the new members need to be granted the necessary privileges and the leaving members' privileges need to be revoked. At least the following services need to be updated:

  1. Update members of the FESCo mailing list

  2. Update members of the FESCo pagure group

  3. Update list of FESCo members

  4. Grant FESCo badge to new members

  5. Coordinate meeting time with new members
