Module metadata definitions

A modulemd-packager format is used to define how to build a module. + A modulemd format, (a.k.a. modulemd-stream) is used to define the end result which is distributed to end user systems. + A modulemd-defaults is used to defined a default stream and default profiles. + A modulemd-obsoletes is used to define an end of life of a module and its replacement. + A modulemd-translaations is used to define localized descriptions of modules and other human-directed messages.
