Le Guide de l’administrateur système contient des informations sur la façon de personnaliser le système Fedora 30 pour qu’il corresponde à vos besoins. Si vous êtes à la recherche d’un guide complet pour configurer et personnaliser votre système, ce manuel est pour vous.
Ce manuel aborde de nombreux sujets de niveau intermédiaire tels que :

l’installation et la gestion de paquets à l’aide de DNF ;

la configuration du serveur HTTP Apache, de Postfix, de Sendmail et d’autres serveurs et logiciels de qualité professionnelle ;

l’utilisation des modules noyau et la mise à jour du noyau.
Certaines procédures faisant appel à une interface graphique et certains emplacements de menu sont spécifiques à GNOME, mais la plupart des instructions en ligne de commande seront applicables de façon universelle. |

Configuring the Date and Time covers the configuration of the system date and time. Read this chapter if you need to set or change the date and time.
Managing Users and Groups covers the management of users and groups in a graphical user interface and on the command line. Read this chapter if you need to manage users and groups on your system, or enable password aging.
Gaining Privileges covers ways to gain administrative privileges using setuid programs such as su and sudo.
- Package Management

This part describes how to manage software packages on Fedora using DNF.
DNF describes the DNF package manager. Read this chapter for information how to search, install, update, and uninstall packages on the command line.

Working with the GRUB 2 Boot Loader der>> describes the GNU GRand Unified Boot loader (GRUB) version 2 boot loader, which enables selecting an operating system or kernel to be loaded at system boot time.
Manually Upgrading the Kernel provides important information on how to manually update a kernel package using the rpm command instead of dnf. Read this chapter if you cannot update a kernel package with the DNF package manager.
Working with Kernel Modules explains how to display, query, load, and unload kernel modules and their dependencies, and how to set module parameters. Additionally, it covers specific kernel module capabilities such as using multiple Ethernet cards and using channel bonding. Read this chapter if you need to work with kernel modules.
- RPM

This appendix concentrates on the RPM Package Manager (RPM), an open packaging system used by Fedora, and the use of the rpm utility. Read this appendix if you need to use rpm instead of dnf.
