Ruby 3.1

Ruby 3.1 brings many new features to the popular programming language. Ruby packages which use binary extensions should be rebuilt. However, no code changes are required for applications written in Ruby 3.0 For more information, see the Ruby 3.1 release announcement.

Ruby on Rails 7.0

Fedora Linux 36 includes Ruby on Rails 7.0. This brings several features, including a No-Node default approach to the front end, easy use of any JavaScript bundler, and encrypted attributes in Active Record. For more information, see the upstream release notes.
